Mapping Function and Process Fit
The first step is always to understand your business and what your business is trying to achieve now and into the foreseeable future. This informs us as to the talent you will need now and ongoing for you to reach your goals. Clients often come to us with a particular idea in mind only to discover during this consulting process that their needs are different from what they originally thought.
During this step, we define:
- What tasks are suitable for an offshore member and can be formed into a full time role(s) (i.e. what can be done well from the Philippines).

Establishing KPIs, Reporting & Operating Rhythm
After hiring your offshore team member, our job continues. At this stage, we work with your to co-design your team members operating rhythm:
- Defining what success looks like for the role(s)
- Set up a reporting mechanism for your new starter to report on their progress.
- Implement a weekly check-in to address any gaps with your onboarding or from your new starters side until such time you want to work independently with your new starter(s).

Maximising Engagement and Productivity
Once your team member has been successfully onboarded we continue to help you maximise the performance of your team.
